Ticket to Hollywood - Is it worth ?

Its friday, i came back from Office, really excited.
All set to go. I have forex; my passport with a big VISA stamped on it.

Me, who never even slept a day without my parents was actually leaving them for a year.

The time came when i passed a warm good bye to my parents. After this its only me with no-one around.
It was a big 24 hrs hectic journey, but on top of that i was excited for my first trip here in States.
Took a cab and reached my Apartment. Was feeling great being at this new place, nice surroundings, nice cars, nice gals.

Had lunch at my colleague's place. Food was awesome, but something was missing in that, it was spices of my home.
I don't know why/how/when everything got changed. Its just few hours when i was sitting idle, watching big trucks on the Highway , forced me to think why i came here leaving everything back. Is it money ??

This single thought filled tears in my eyes. This is the day when i started counting my days left, knowing this is my first day.

On one side its COMMITMENT which wants me to continue and on other side its LONELINESS which doesn't wants me to continue.

At last commitment overruled and i decided to celebrate even this part of my life.

So here is my first day at office:
Not much aware with the dress code they follow in office, i thought of wearing a business suit. First embarrassing situation that i faced was when my reporting manager asked me "Hey.. r u daily gonna wear these type of cloths". I was :-/.

Anyways its time to work, but its USA and January, a good combination to relax. Majority people take off this whole month. Why don't we have this type of culture back in India.

... will be contd.

  8. Dear, we have autobiographies (our own stories), which gets published.
Since i am a very small person who belongs to this big world, i found blog as a medium to express what my life was rather than publishing my whole book.
Through this i want to know individuals perception about "is it really worth buying a Hollywood Ticket ?":-)
